Cancellation Policy

By clicking on "I accept" during the booking process, the customer enters into a contract with Costa Turchina Explore & Rent and undertakes to book and secure the rental price by paying a deposit or the full amount. Costa Turchina Explore & Rent will send the customer an email confirmation of the booked car rental services. The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival at the Costa Turchina Explore & Rent offices, in order to use the scooter rental services. The following cards are not accepted: Prepaid credit cards (Viabuy, Postepay, PayPal, etc.), Cirrus/Maestro Circuit debit cards and Visa Electron credit cards. The credit card must be issued in the country in which at least one of the documents presented was issued. Prepaid cards and Visa Electron cannot be accepted to qualify/complete a rental. If used for online booking, they must still be presented at the counter to ensure internal anti-theft procedures. The customer must present a valid credit card at the time of rental. 2.3 The booking made by the customer can be delivered and entitles the customer to rent (VAT included) the vehicle chosen by the customer for the dates booked by the customer together with the other elements expressly included in the price at the time of booking at the rates proposed by us to the customer. 2.4 Any other optional items or services (for example, optional extras, additional drivers, optional insurance, petrol, additional days to those booked) are subject to additional charges that must be paid directly when picking up or returning the vehicle. If the customer is under 23 years of age, additional charges may apply. Cancellation policy: Cancellations will be refunded according to the following rules: Cancellations made up to 2 days before the booked date will be refunded 100%. For cancellations less than 2 days we refund 50% of the rental price and for cancellations less than 24 hours the refund is no longer possible and 100% of the scooter rental cost must be paid.
